Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  
  
• The original UA Natural Beauty packaging (outer box) must be undamaged.
  
  
• Product must have been used as instructed (twice daily on clean skin).
  
  
• Refund requests are valid only once per customer.
  
  
• Refund is only available for the UA Natural Beauty Cream at this time.
  
  

Refund Deductions

• Although we offer Free Delivery, a PKR 200 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  
  

Example:
If the product cost is PKR 1200, your refund will be PKR 1000.

How to Apply for a Refund

1. Contact us on WhatsApp with the following details:
   
   
   • Your Order Number
     
     
   • Reason for Refund
     
     
   • Clear photo of the product and packaging
     
     
2. Once approved, you will be asked to return the product via any courier of your choice to our given address.
   
   
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-4 working days.
